Recipe of Crispy Chicken Legs


Crispy Chicken Legs Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo chicken legs, cleaned
  • 2 pcs. onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 pcs. laurel leaf
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2-3 cups cooking oil
  • 1 pack magic sarap
  • salt to taste

Crispy Chicken Legs procedure:

  • 1.Clean the chicken legs by removing black spot between its feet.
  • 2.Bring water to boil with onion, garlic, laurel leaf, vinegar ,magic sarap a little pinch of salt
  • 3. Add the chicken legs.Boil for 7-10 minutes or until it is tender.
  • 4. Separate chicken legs. Let it cool.
  • 5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • 6.In shallow pan, put the cooking oil.( make sure that it is enough for deep frying)
  • 7.Deep fry chicken legs until it is golden brown.
  • 8.Served with soy sauce and calamansi.
Note: It is also best for pulutan.
