Recipe of Crispy Chicken Legs
Crispy Chicken Legs Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo chicken legs, cleaned
- 2 pcs. onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 pcs. laurel leaf
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2-3 cups cooking oil
- 1 pack magic sarap
- salt to taste
Crispy Chicken Legs procedure:
- 1.Clean the chicken legs by removing black spot between its feet.
- 2.Bring water to boil with onion, garlic, laurel leaf, vinegar ,magic sarap a little pinch of salt
- 3. Add the chicken legs.Boil for 7-10 minutes or until it is tender.
- 4. Separate chicken legs. Let it cool.
- 5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- 6.In shallow pan, put the cooking oil.( make sure that it is enough for deep frying)
- 7.Deep fry chicken legs until it is golden brown.
- 8.Served with soy sauce and calamansi.
